A productive weekend:

I'd like to take a moment to announce the next Logickal release. It is a nine-track LP of experimental electronic/ambient music that I have been working on for some time - the original recordings originate from the same period as the work that became SOLIS, but these had a different vibe. They felt quite different from the sci-fi soundtrack work, with their own character, so I have been holding onto them, revisiting them periodically ever since to nurture them into this release that now means quite a lot to me.

It's hard to think - to comprehend what's going on right now. Everything is as it was, yet everything feels to have shifted subtly. Maybe it's us who have changed. The fear for my family, and beyond them my fellow Americans, is real. It's difficult to breathe.

Naming things, as they say, can be quite hard.

Yesterday was a busy day.

We're live.

After some work smashing bugs and applying styling, I think I'm almost ready to release this out into the wild. It's not perfect yet, but it's getting close to acceptable.

Playing around with animation on the homepage, mostly just to learn a bit about doing it. I can't decide if it's even worth the bother though.

Things are progressing, slowly but surely. This Jrnl now exists, though it still needs tweaking.

The temptation to wildly opine and wax philosophical on inane questions of 'why?' and 'how?' is all too tempting. There are a variety of reasons, but let's not waste too much time here.
